Tour Plan

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be welcomed by your safari guide and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. Spend the evening relaxing and preparing for your adventure.

Overnight at Arusha Planet Lodge / Mount Meru Hotel.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

Start your safari with a visit to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy a full day of game drives, spotting zebras, giraffes, and predators like lions. In the evening, transfer to your lodge for a peaceful night.

Overnight at Tarangire Sopa Lodge / Marera Valley Lodge

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, journey to Lake Manyara National Park. Upon arrival, embark on an afternoon game drive, the park is well known for the tree climbing lions, the soda ash lake that attracts thousands and pink flamingos.

Once we have finished the game drives, we will transfer you to your lodge or camp for relaxation, dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 4-5: Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park, famous for its massive annual migration of wildebeest, zebras and antelopes. It’s also an extremely large and wild game park, and home to the Big Five of Africa. Next day you will spend full day inside this park for game drives.

You will enjoy a leisurely game drive, spotting giraffes, zebras, and lions. Once game drive is over we will transfer you to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

Begin with a morning game drive in the central Serengeti before heading to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Once game drive is over we will transfer you to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

This park is the home to the vast, volcanic Ngorongoro Crater and “big 5” game (elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino). Huge herds of wildebeests and zebras traverse its plains during their annual migration.

Day 7: Karatu to the Airport

After breakfast, embark on a leisurely drive back to Arusha. Depending on your departure time, you may explore local markets or enjoy a short cultural tour in town. A day-use room will be provided for your convenience before transferring to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight home.
